3) Sign up to meet your matches!

Undergo the verification process to become a HOT Single and sign up with
our consultant to meet your matches (either conducted by yourself or
recommended by your cupids). You can also seek the advice and help of our
consultants to fine-tune the matches and coordinate the dates.

Q) What is the difference between signing up as a Single and Cupid?

A) If you are currently Single (meaning NOT married and NOT in a dating
relationship), you can sign up as A Single or BOTH Single and Cupid. A
Single will have an individual profile and activity page, and can ONLY
search and conduct matches for yourself.

While a Cupid can register and put up profiles of Singles within his
network, and search and conduct matches for them. ANYONE who knows of any
Singles and is keen to match make can register as a Cupid.

Q) What is the difference between a COOL, WARM or HOT Single?

Anyone who registers for a Single Profile on getthemdates.com, or is
being registered as a Single is a COOL Single, which means their details
are not verified.

We will send an email to the COOL Singles to invite them to verify their
details online at getthemdates.com. Once verified, they will become WARM Singles.

To get to the status of HOT Singles the Singles will have to have a
personalized consultation session, where their particulars are verified by the consultants.

Q) Can I sign up as either a Single or Cupid and not both?

Of course! If you are Single (unmarried or not in a dating relationship), you can sign up as A Single to search for matches for yourself.

If you like to refer your Single friends and match make for them, then you can sign up to add on to A Cupid too! Only Cupids can match make for others.

Q) My friend created a Single profile for me, how do I verify my status and search for matches?

Congratulations! You can verify your details and change your status
from COOL to WARM, by following the link in the email sent to you.
Once you have verified your details, your status will be upgraded and you
can continue to earn more brownie points by referring others and conducting matches!

Q) Is there a fee for the usage of the match making services?

Currently, registration of profiles of Single or Cupid is FREE. And the
accompanied activities of searching for profiles or approving/rating matches
or conducting matches are also FREE.

While we aim to make this platform widely available to our members
without any fees, we will need to charge a fee when a consultant is required
to verify and coordinate the date arrangements for you.

Q) What are the charges for Single date coordination by the consultant? Can’t I arrange the date myself?

Currently, you will be able to search and conduct matches. However, you
will not be able to contact the match directly, although you will be able
to view the profile in detail. This is to protect the interests of our members.

Once you become a HOT member (after consultant verification), and sign up
for the membership, our consultant will be able to help you to contact and
coordinate the dates. They can also offer their insights on the suitability
of the match and suggest other possible matches!

Q) How does Getthemdates protect my identity and privacy?

We do not use real photos of Singles or Cupids. Instead we will have
a range of cute avatars for you to choose as a representation of yourself
or your friends. Plus all login is password protected. All information
or data collected from you is kept strictly confidential and for the purpose
of this website. Getthemdates will never use the information or sell them
to third parties for any purpose without your permission.
